**Please Read:**

When you place an order, be aware that you will receive the type of crystal you selected, not necessarily the exact one depicted in the photo.

 

Each crystal has its unique characteristics and may vary in appearance. While I will make every effort to accommodate specific requests—such as lighter or darker colors or additional banding—if I can't find a crystal that matches your request, I will select one intuitively for you. This will occur if we have low stock or if your specific request is unavailable.

 

Also, please do not email with requests but rather add them as a comment to your item before adding them to the cart, as emails do not always get checked in time before orders go out.

 

Refunds will not be issued for unmet special order requests, as these are not always possible to fulfill for the reasons stated above.

**Refund/Return Policy:**

To start the refund or return process, you must email or call us using the contact information provided at the bottom of the homepage. Expect a response within 3 business days.

Refunds will be granted only for broken or otherwise damaged crystals, excluding those sold as "Imperfect," which are sold as is.

To obtain a refund, you must return the damaged item at your own expense. Once we receive the damaged item, we will promptly refund the total amount you paid for the crystal.

Please be aware that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred for returning the crystal.
